Who We Are
Sandstone is an independent project management and building consulting firm formed in 2022, specialising in the management of commercial, industrial, retail and hospitality projects. The founders, Cleo Vaughan and James Bennett are specialists in their field, with over 35 years combined experience in Australasia, the UK & Europe.
As Chartered Surveyors and former Partners of global real estate firms, they bring a unique blend of broad commercial property expertise with a deep technical skillset, thereby providing unparalleled commercial and technical advice to property owners and occupiers. All projects are Director-led and managed by Cleo and James from inception to completion, ensuring the project stays within safe and experienced hands.
