We have enjoyed a longstanding relationship with Ashurst for many years, with the project team led by James Bennett successfully delivering multiple projects nationally.

The Ashurst project in Melbourne comprised pre-lease technical due diligence, development monitoring and project management services at 80 Collins Street. The project involved a significant change from a traditional workplace model to an agile model. Working closely with the design team and key stakeholders, including IT, People and Culture and Change Management was critical to ensure a successful outcome.

The project was procured via an ECI procurement model to mitigate the delays associated with COVID-19 – early engagement and placing early orders was essential to ensure the works could proceed during the extended lock-downs.
