Following Origin vacating 50% of the building as anchor tenant, our Director managed a significant asset repositioning project.

The project comprised refurbishment of the ground floor lobby, cafe and retail unit repositioning, new entrance, construction of new End of Trip Facilities & Wellness Centre, refurbishment of all amenities and lift lobbies throughout the whole building.

ECI procurement was recommended to mitigate the delays associated with COVID-19 early engagement and placing early orders was essential to ensure the works could proceed during the extended lockdowns.

Managing a large stakeholder group and overseas-based owner. Critical to devise a clear change and communications plan early and manage the stakeholder engagement process throughout via Steering Group meetings, milestone presentations, etc. and ensuring suffi cient time in the programme for approvals.

Managed multiple external consultants and, critically, worked very closely with the FM, Asset Managers, Property Managers and the project sponsor to ensure a coordinated approach to ensure successful project delivery.
